Day 4 RTP/ Beginning my week 4

Today was brutal! I think it is safe to say that this was the best upper body workout I've ever had. Despite the not so human like sounds coming from my lips, I was elated afterwards!
OK, decided to take a few shots immediately after my workout to see the difference between taking pics first thing in the morning, and I like the after workout pics better. The definition is way better.
OK, another low carb cycle and I'm digging it!:-)

Your arms look really great! And the definition in your back especially in your upper back is always impressive, but even more so in these photos. I think you're onto something about taking the pics post workout. Great job on day 4! You weren't kiddin' when you say its gonna be a "blast out week." Can't wait to see Day 5.

Thanks guys...yes I do have a gym in my building where I live, which is really nice, which gives me no excuses if I'm tempted to look for one.
OK, time to rest this back!
