Unexpected chain of events

Happens because we are blessed to be part of this journey called life! It isn't always smooth, but it is a gift given to each of us that money cannot buy. Speaking of what money can buy - it certainly cannot buy health, and that is something we all strive to attain and maintain.

It is with much regret that I must announce that I will not be participating in any form of physical activities by doctor's orders - until further notice!
A few months ago I shared that I thought I'd pulled a groin muscle, but after the same experience early this month, with lapses of much fatigue, then feeling fine, then fatigue I decided to visit my doc for a check up.

Without getting into any details, I'm awaiting test results; until then I will be wise and take it easy. Nonetheless, I will still be eating clean, and sneak in a few free weight lifting (even doing that for 20 min leaves me winded), but soon enough the problem will be detected and I'm hopeful that I'll be properly treated, and get back to 110% strength.

For now; stay the course and keep moving towards your finish line.
I will still be making visits to my fellow shredders blogs and posting updates.

Sorry to hear about being put on the DL. Even though we strive to make our bodies stronger through exercise, sometimes our body needs long periods of rest to get stronger or recover.

Very unfortunate and I hope things turn out the best for you, once you have a better idea of what you can do. When you get back on the roster, you can be sure the rest of us will hold you to that 110% strength goal!
