Day 5 of RTP - You've got to believe in yourself

This morning during my "quite time" I was meditating on the word "believe" and came to the conclusion that whatever it is we pursue in this journey called life, to ensure our success we have to believe in ourselves. If we're not in that place, we will never see our goals manifested! Regardless of what others say, what the economic situation depicts, or what our natural eye may see, if we simply believe that we can do it, we will!

Sure, road blocks will show up, but if we mentally prepare ourselves that despite the road blocks, hills, mountains, winds, or whatever is thrown at us, we are resolved to keep going, then we will eventually get there.
So to my fellow shredders, be encourage and apply the love, believe and faith in yourself and from those who feed you with positive support to every area of your life (draw on the best), make some movements and you will achieve it.

"Only focus on what you want manifested in your life"

Today was leg day with 15 min of cardio and sit-ups. It was a gasping and grunting session but I was thinking about the rewards and kept pushing through.
For the rest of my photo shots in this challenge, I'll be wearing the same outfit.
OK, time to check in on my fellow shredders then hit the books!
PS: The hot tub worked wonders on my back!

Hi Diane, liked the quote "only focus on what you want manifested in your life". Geesh, I need a lot of mental clutter cleared! LOL. You're looking good, lady!

great topic today! i struggled with this for a long time and still do at times, however i am much better than i ever used to be. you are so right...until you believe, nothing will happen. once you do believe, you can excelerate whatever it is you are aspiring to.

Oh yes belief is so important it would take pages to talk about! Congrats on focusing on the right things. I think that this network of shredders really helps us do that because we are constantly getting positive feedback. So here's some for you...looking good! Keep up the great work!

When I saw there was two posts since I last tuned in, I kind of got sad like, "Did I miss a full day of Debbie?" Now I see it was a BONUS post. Double Debbie. A very thought-provoking post.

You're looking good in your photos, too. On a completely silly note, I instantly loved the shorts and was glad to read it was your new photo outfit.

DIANE! I can't believe I just typed in Debbie into YOUR comments. :(

I know you're Diane. I know from the first blog roll call when Adam's face lit up as he said, "Diane and me go way back." Forgive me. I think it had something to do with the d's and b's in double dose or maybe my meds. Sheesh. Yeah, that's it I'll blame my pain meds.

Hey Diane,

Sorry I have been absent for a couple days. Just read through your blogs I have missed. The stretching bit is so true yet it is another area where I think so many people miss out on, including myself. I stretch my quads and calves after a hard run but very rarely do any serious stretching after weights. I also read somewhere that stretching can also stimulate muscle growth too.

Fabulous work and great posts.

Take care,

Andrew
