I began my workout by doing some leg lifts, leg paddle, and sit-ups, then hit the T. Mill for 25 min of HIT. At the 15 min mark I stopped and did another set of leg lifts, leg paddle, and sit-ups, then completed the 10 min of HIT, and another set of leg lifts, leg paddle, and sit-ups.
This PM I will do another 25 min of cardio!
I was reading an article at www.bodybuilding.com one of my favourite sites and one that in my opinion is the best out there with solid, current info on fitness.
I came across a famous quote that said "if you fail to plan, you plan to fail", and it hit me that the failure with my eating last week was a result of lack of planning. Therefore I made the decision to stop that failure and plan out my meals, and write them out.
My eating for today is:
Meal 1: 1 egg+1/4 cup e.whites, 2 cups steamed spinach and a splash of salsa.
Meal 2: 1 apple
Meal 3: 1/2 cup cottage cheese
25 min Cardio
Meal 4: 1/2 cup sweet potato and 1 serving of turkey breast
Meal 5: 1 tbsp of almond butter and 1 tbsp of dry oatmeal
To obtain your best, you have to give your best!
