Organic Wheat Grass is my friend

I first heard about "organic wheat grass" and its benefits earlier this year I happen upon a Australian guy's blog - (don't recall his name) who had an amazing body transformation, and he talked about this product, and the benefits.
I googled it, checked it out at my health food store and tried it - the rest is history.
By now I should be spent after rising at 5:15, a full day's work and 2 sets of workouts, but I'm still stoked.
My alarm went at 5:15am and despite a not too restful night's sleep, I got up to fulfill my AM workout appointment.
20 min of upper of heavy 2x10/8/6/4
Sit-ups
15 min intense cardio
Meal 1: 3/4 cup oatmeal
Meal 2: 1 apple
Meal 3: 1 serving turkey breast and 1/2 cup beans
Meal 4: Handful walnuts
PM - Sit-ups and 20 min HIT
Meal 5: 1/2 cup beans and 1/4 cup sweet potato

Still hungry so I am having 12 baked corn chips with salsa and a bit of sour cream.
Tomorrow is my rest day and I am so looking forward to it because the past two days were double the workouts all at intense levels.
Special thanks to the folks who visit my blog and leave encouraging comments - shout out to you special folks...you know who you are.
Your words are a great source of encouragement that fuels my commitment and I am seriously motivated when I think about you during my workouts.

OK, stay the course!
To get the best, you have to not only do your best, but expect the best - believe in yourself and your confidence will grow!

Hey Diane,
What a busy day you had, and how well you did! How do you eat wheat grass? Powdered I guess in a shake? Maybe that´s something like Greens+ that many of us take. Congrats on getting so far ahead with such positive changes.
You´re doing so good.

Diane, do you have a wheat grass juicer? I've tried it before and thought it tasted like, well...grass clippings! Strange but I liked it. LOL.

No wonder you ate corn chips! You're not eating much during the day. I see your determination!
