PM Cardio session completed

After enjoying some time with friends at the "Santa Claus Parade" in downtown Vancouver on a bitter cold day, I arrived home, and hit the gym for my PM cardio session.
It was 12.30 min then sit-ups and completed the 12.30 min. I ran at a moderate pace of HIT.

Seeing that I've made a bold statement this AM, I've decided that I will give er' all I have for the next 5 weeks..or until Christmas eve. I'll be in bed by 9pm tonight as I'll be up at 5:30am to do my upper weight training and then a 20 min cardio before work.

OK, to all my fellow shredders - here's to a fulfilling and rewarding week to everyone. Remember, movement equals progress and when your mind and or body tells you to skip a workout - think of the after effect of a great workout, then get laced up and give your best into your workout - even if it is for only 20 mins.
U can so do it!

Hey Diane,

Waht a workout and what planning as well, the next 2 weeks look amazing. I also love the site, they have some great unbiased articles and the excerise section is great when you need a change but are not quite sure what or how to do something. Keep up the amazing workouts and nutrition.
