Today

Workout was upper and sit-ups! Tomorrow AM I'll be up early for a 25 min intense cardio and in the PM it will be leg work and if I have enough energy I'll do another cardio session.

My eating for the next few days will comprise of high protein, and low carbs.
Based on my current schedule I will not be submitting daily post - I'll make entries 3 times per week with pic at the end of the week.
After the holidays, I'll get back into a regular pace - work related training will have eased up a bit, and my other course outside of work, will become more steady.

For now...keep moving...one step in front of the next gets us closer to our goals.

Hey Diane,
Good luck with your workouts and such busy weeks. Know it´s so hard to get everything in. Read where you are getting a 26-inch waist for Christmas!

Nice flexibility! I like the option of switching your focus for the holiday, but still minding your health and goal. Way cool! Merry Christmas!
