Well, it is that time - to begin my 40 day transformation!
This AM was lower body strength training and sit-ups.
Tonight it's 30 min cardio. I will try to post my pictures sometime this week - my home Internet is still down.
My eating today is high protein, spinach, and low on carbs.
Meal 1- 1 8oz glass organic veggie juice
Meal 2- 1/3 cup cooked oatmeal
Meal 3 - 1 small orange and 1 shape yogurt
Meal 4 - 1/2 tuna sandwich
Meal 5- protein shake with water and 1 small orange
Meal 6 - Chicken, spinach and 1/3 cup brown rice
Meal 7 - 1 8oz glass organic milk
OK, time's up!
Make a plan and stick with it, and give your best and the best will come!
