So you have a plan in place, with a goal in mind and you're working it for all you've got to reach that specified goal. However, is it possible to exceed your goal? to rise to the challenge beyond your expected ability and surprise yourself?
Well, that is the question I've asked myself today as I stay the course with my training and eating plan. With that said, I must say that I'm having to remind myself that this is my first week back into workout out regularly and the amount of weight and intensity of cardio I was used to isn't there - yet, so I need to push but not to the extent that was there 7 weeks ago.
As much as I am tempted to throw caution to the wind and go large, I am keeping the reign in simply because I want to avoid any injury that would set me back.
I'm going to gradual build up to getting back to where I was and then work on exceeding my expectations.
OK, today was high protein and about 70G of carbs - to me that's pretty low given the fact that my workout included strength training and cardio plus 12FS.
Remember, sacrifices are temporarily, just for a season until you achieve your desired goals!
