It is going to be worth it!

Last night I arrived home later than planned because I was hunting for a tea emulsifier and finally found one. My goal is to consume more green tea and having purchased loose tea, I needed that little gadget.
Keeping in mind that I still had to complete my commitment to 30 min of cardio, and despite my tiredness and the temptation to hit the shower and lie on the couch, I hit the gym instead! Yahoo!!!
3 min warm up
24 min HITT
3 min cool down
12 FS - flight of stairs

I also picked up a yoga mat to do my stretching and sit-ups on - time to put away that beach towel!
I'm actually contemplating purchasing a "spinning bike" it gives you a wicked workout out and seeing that my gym is off limits until 7am, having this piece of equipment will help accelerate my fat loss. However the down side is the price and where to put it. I've limited space and hate clutter, but it would be a great investment - sells for approximately $500-$1000

This PM will be legs and sit-ups and maybe 20 min cardio though it is my off day from cardio!

You're know you're in the zone when regardless of what shows up, you stick to your workout and nutritional plan.
Come on people move!

Wow - Everyone is on a tear! The energy is infectious!

What's with these gyms that don't open early?!? Mine doesn't open until 6:30am weekdays and 8am weekends and they close at 8pm. Guess that's what happens when you live on remote Kauai. Where do you live Debbie?

Very true Diane, you know you are in the zone when you err on the side of doing more than you planned! Shred on!

Green tea is so good for you. You're doing awesome. That bike sounds like a great idea. Have you tried eBay and Craigslist for bargains? Some friends of mine have had great luck, but it's always nice to get something with a warranty.

Lilla, I live in Ohio.

I workout at home though so no excuses that the gym doesn't open early enough!
