What's going on for day 18

Today I'll be doing a 2x10/8/6 medium to heavy for my upper body workout and alternating with sit-ups of 4x40, then it is stair climbing time - 9x12FS. Seeing that I haven't done this much before I'll probably be taking the elevator down a few times.

Eating for this week will include spinach/tuna/chicken/home made soups/protein drinks/eggs and oatmeal.
Snacks: protein drinks or no fat, no sugar added vanilla yogurt with fresh blueberries.
