OK, gotta be quick - but it dawned on me last night that this would be a great way to show my support to the shredders group heading to NY - for the next 15 days I'll be supporting them by shredding hard and eating clean for the next 15 days.
You got it - I'm in for the next 15 days as you buckle down to do your thing!
OK gotta run, work starts in 2 min.
