5 days to go

25 days have been successfully completed and I've benefited all around for challenging myself. I have found new strength that I didn't think I had to resist every temptation and stay with my plan.
The completion date of my challenge is April 22nd, but will extend it to the 25th...just before the week-end; making it a 33 day challenge!
I'm not making any plans to go out from Sunday 19th to the 25th - going hard on the workouts and staying consistent with my nutritional plan.
I've been thinking of extended this challenge to 40 days, but have decided against it, because I want to begin another challenge, while incorporating a limited treat to alcohol and dessert until May 30th. (every 10 days)(not that I'm going to go haywire afterwards:-)
This week my workouts have not been consistent, due to unforeseen events that popped up, and I didn't like it one bit. 4 out of 7 days....was aiming for 6, but oh well it could have been worst!
I've noticed that I've been struggling big time to get up 30 min earlier to get a workout session in the AM (my workouts have been in the PM) - so I'm thinking this could possibly be my new challenge!!! So from Monday 21st - Friday 25th I'm going to attempt a mini AM rising!

Nonetheless I love the place I'm in and I'm blessed!

Am so proud of what you are doing and all your strength! Not easy and know it takes a lot of effort. Can´t wait to see your picture when you finish. Good luck with the getting up early (would be a massive challenge for anybody!) Keep it going. Love what you are doing.
