Massive Thanks with a Salad Recipe

Hi guys, thank you with all my heart for all the kinds words you've sent to me via my friend - truly appreciated. This is going to be a quick update!
I'm still continuing my challenge into Friday PM, then I'll have 1 pint of Molson Canadian to celebrate! Then Sunday I'm back into a new challenge...will fill you in on Sunday!
Pics will be posted this Friday!
My workouts have been wickedly insane - giving it all I've got throughout. My cardio yesterday was down right nasty, but I loved it nonetheless.
Here's one of my fav. salad recipe I'm passing on to you - enjoy!
It makes enough for 5 days of medium size salads
Mix together
1 small pkg spinach leaves
1 head romaine lettuce
1/4 head of green cabbage finely shredded
2 carrots shredded
(peppers, cucumbers and red onions optional)
Measure and save in separate containers the following:
1 cup raw sunflower seeds
1 cup unsweetened cranberries
1 cup walnut
BBQ chicken breast or Tuna or hard boiled eggs - 2/3

Take out a huge handful, add a sprinkle of dry toppings, then protein and enjoy.
I have 2 servings daily and one without protein.
Later, and thanks again!

That salad sounds so good. Love them. Wish I could get cranberries here in Spain. Those dried ones look especially appealing, but no go. Good idea to have it ready to eat. Take care.

Diane, where's the ranch dressing? LOL. Are you adding any dressing to your salad? Can't wait for your photos tomorrow!
