Week #5 - Day 1

It was leg day with 3x10/8/6 of progressive overload plus lunges, hops and jumps, and finished it off with 25 min of moderate running on the T. Mill.
I'm nutritional plan for today will be low carbs - so far I've had protein and 1 serving of oatmeal.
That's all for today - time to enjoy the rest of my day off, do some reading and watch a few documentary movies.
