Dinners for the week


Dhal - made with lentils, masala, geera, cumin, turmeric, onions, tomatoes, fresh ginger and garlic - high in protein and complex carbs

Quesadia-BBQ turkey breast with the vegetables below - peppers, asparagus, onions, garlic and spices.

As promise here are my dinner meals....had an amazing workout to exhaustion, but glad that I kept the pace. 20 min intense full body strength training and 25 min of HIT of running. Alright, time to veg in front of the TV for an hour, then bed.

Don't you just love that last peaceful hour before bed time?

Kid's gone to bed, everything prepared for the next day. That last peaceful bliss before it all starts again!

I don't have kids, but have friends who does and I've seen how precious an hour of "peace and quiet" can be.
