An update on how I'm doing with the elimination

OK, so yesterday after 1 week my first craving hit hard - coffee and let me say it was intense...I eventually decided to have a cup...headed to get the hot water and a friend at work who knows about my plan, asked what I was doing, so I told her. Her response was "so why bother, you're not going to tough it out...just give in" and then she resumed her work.
Well, it was enough to move me to stop the process and make a cup of green tea instead. Was it easy? heck no, but accountability worked, and I thanked her for calling me on it.
Then today it was cheese...ahhhhhhhhhhh, oh boy...but the craving went and I am all good. My sanity in all this besides detoxing of my liver and improving my health is my new found treat - that "blueberry delight".
So I guess my next craving will be sugar - one day at a time sista!

Had as an intense workout as deep as the coffee craving was...it was a beautiful thing - 25 min only today, but it was enough. Despite the changes in my eating plan, my energy level is on the upward climb and that is a good thing.
OK folks, remember it is important to enjoy living as you journey towards your fitness and other goals.

Good path you are on, but sure not the easy one. I agree tho, that life has to have some fun things in it. You need to find the things that make you happy and do them too. Maybe an avocado...they always make me happy! I think you won´t be having any sugar cravings tho. Bet you have gotten past that. Coffee is another monster....
Keep it going girlfriend!

hehe, sometimes reverse psycology works best.
Just a while longer, and you'll be over the cravings(hopefully, lol)

Ladies, thanks for your encouragement...Dan...not sure if I should say thanks to you:-), but yes the mind is a factor to overcoming those hurdles for sure.
