Yesterday I found myself frustrated because I could not find a loaf of bread that did not contain sugar or yeast! Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! It appears that sugar pops up in everything...just about...guess it is either salt or sugar as a preservative.
So the only thing I can have at this time is tortillas that contain baking powder. I'm on the hunt for a bread recipe minus the sugar and yeast.
My goal this week is to up the anty on my strength training and sit-ups. I'll be mixing things up a bit with my cardio session - less machine and more body movements for cardio...jumping jacks, cross over etc.
Well, no need to write about my meal plan...it will be the same for the next 8 weeks with one change...I have no option for any cheat meal or day:-(
Of course whenever I discover any new healthy food or recipe it will be shared.
Workout for week #4 - 40 min Mon/Tue/Thurs/Fri/Sat
Heavy and hard with 30 sec max rest period.
Saturday will be picture reveal day!

Great plan, Diane! I agree, it's hard to find good bread, so for me, I just avoid it most of the time.
Hey! WOE means Way of Eating, and WOL way of living etc. You say those when you change diets etc. You seem to be on the right track. Wish I could find someone here who knew about nutrition etc. Not easy....
