Day 10 of RTP 2.0 Challenge and Yes we Can

Too tired to retake this pic...

Yes we can! Those words will no doubt be the center piece for the new elected president Barack Obama and those who voted for him and will undoubtedly be recorded in the history books...YES WE CAN! Simple yet powerful words that if you let it...it can change your life...the choice is yours.
Like Adam, http://www.rtp-blog-2.com/ one day he was impacted by similar words that propelled him to achieve exceptional results once he decided to take massive action.
So, let's take those words and apply them to areas of our lives that may be needing some umph in the right direction. Remember, it is all about the application that will produce results.
Those word will only come to life when applied!

I'll be taking today as a well deserved rest day! Tomorrow I'll work on my upper and sit ups.Friday nite I'm out so I have to rise earlier than usual to hit the stairs for my 5x22 FS...Yes, I can. That day will be an all out carb loading day, then Sat it will be moderate carbs with cardio and leg incorporated. Sun begins my cardio crazy week; I'll share more on that later.

Seeing that the only hot beverage I can have is Green tea, I discovered another great tea called Matcha tea http://www.japanesegreenteaonline.com/matcha.htm It can be costly...paid $4.35 for a small cup made with soya milk, but boy it was so worth it. Just picked some up from the health food store $10.50 for 50g. Price will vary from $10-30. You don't need any of the fancy bowls, a deep one will do, but the bamboo brush apparently gives it the smooth frothy taste. Will pick one up tomorrow.
Alright, just got out of the bath, time for supper and relax! Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!

Hi Diane, the tea reminds me of a green smoothie! How strange. Where did you purchase the fresh cup from?

In reference to YES WE CAN, it is an exciting time now. I also like how you applied it to shredding.
