Sorry I missed yesterday pic and blog post! I got home way too late in the evening and by that time I was exhausted. Darn it and I wanted to maintain 100% consistency:-( Oh well, today is another day. Just finished my 25 min full body, plus 20 min cardio and sit-ups in between.
I thought tomorrow would be day 14, but guess that will be Monday or am I missing a day?

Nothing new to report today, just getting my plan together on paper for next week - cradio crazy week. Will continue my strength training reps and sets into week 6.
Tomorrow is measurement and pic reveal day...alright have a great week-end!

I think you're right - today Saturday is Day 13. Sunday is the last day so bring it on home STRONG! ;D
your looking great. And I agree with Lilla I find it hard to keep track cause Australlia is a day ahead I am in another challenge run by a girl from there as well and its hard. hope your having a good weekend Angie
