Journey towards leanness day 56-120

After 5 days off from working out I was extremely excited and pumped to get going again today. I hit the weights hard for 32 min of upper body work including sit-ups.
The next 4 weeks my workout will be sets of 4 of 8-12 reps 3 days on 1 off, then 2 on and 1 off.
My cardio will be 30-40 min of HITT or steady state 5-6 days per week.
Sit-ups will be 5-10 min 3 days per week.
I'd like to acknowledge two of my fellow shredders - Suzette http://qfs-blog.blogspot.com/ and Angie http://angieandjpnicholas33.blogspot.com/ who inspire and encourage me often to stay the course on this journey. They're real and raw in sharing their emotions, ups downs, but never give in and it has been a delight to connect with them on this forum. Not forgetting Dougal http://mindbodysuperfit.blogspot.com/who stands alone as a warrior in this bigger journey called life.
Not overlooking all the other shredder warriors Deb, Lynda, Lilla, Aussie Mike, The other Mike:-) Jason, Ron, Shari, the all those who are doing what needs to be done to reach their personal finish line.
Today, I approached my workout with a very focused mindset - the deal here is to make the next 32 days the best fat shredding part of this journey yet. Yes, the past 2 months were great, but I'm looking for greatness, so it is time to up the anty, to reach higher, and dig deeper.
Tomorrow it will mark my 2 months of my journey towards leanness BF goal of 16% and if per say it drops lower...I'll take it, and to fit into my size 6 slacks.
OK, time to get some cooking done for the week! See ya tomorrow and remember it takes work, but it is so worth it! You deserve the best don't you? then go and get it!

Diane, you're awesome! thanks for the shout out! I love your attitude! You are a true fighter and you will get to your goal of 16% bodyfat! WE will get there together!! Let's bring the house down!
