I decided to post the pic with that lime green top; simply because the last time I was able to wear it was approximately 1 year ago, so I was elated to wear it to work today.
Today was leg day and it was brutal - though the time spent working my legs is about 20 min, it is hard work, and I find that I can't go as hard doing cardio on my leg day. Did 4 sets 12/10/8 of dead lift and the same of pile dumb bell squat. Anyone else with similar experience on your cardio sessions on leg day being less intense?
Even though that was the case, I push as far as I could mentally go!
Eating is doing great and I'm confident that I will surpass my 16%BF and reach my size 26 inch waist by day 120.
Remember, we can reach our goals fitness or otherwise; you just have to want it bad enough.
