Moving on Day 82 of 120

Just back from completing my 30 min of stair climbing
Day 81 I didn't get to my lower workout and sit ups because I was extremely fatigued and exhausted. I had a bite to eat at 4:30pm and literally crashed on my couch for the rest of the evening.
Today I completed my lower workout by doing some serious dead lifts, sit-ups and then moved into working my back and chest. Today is also my cardio day, but decided to wait until later in the evening to do that. Over the course of time I've learnt that if you don't have both the mental and physical energy in place, then your workout will not be 100% effective; so why do anything half hearted? Right!
This PM it will be another stair workout - mixing things up to challenge my muscle and keep the fat burning. Here's a sample of what I'd normally do
1 set 1x22FS - take two steps at a time x 5, then cool down by taking 1 step at a time and then repeat until I arrive at the 22nd floor.
2nd set 1x22FS - run 3 stairs, walk one, repeat to 22nd floor.
3rd set 1x22FS - take 2 steps at a time x 3, run 3 then walk one to cool down, repeat to 22nd floor. Repeat until my 30-45 min is up!

OK, here's a recipe I created and love - give it a whirl sometime
Energy powered oatmeal
Soak 2 cups organic quick oats in water
Bring 2.5 cups unsweetened soya milk to boil with 1 Cinnamon stick and a few cloves (you can use water or milk)
Add 3/4 cup pitted chopped dates and cook for about 3 min
Add soaked oats, bring to a boil and reduce heat cooking for about 3 min
The consistency should be thick, but not lumpy or runny
Remove from stove.
Add 1 serving to a bowl, sprinkle with organic hemp seeds and walnuts - Delish!!
*Makes about 6 servings
Pic will be taken and uploaded tonight. Stay the course and don't quit because it can be done!
