Completed my cardio workout but lacked the edge because I didn't consume enough carbs today, and really felt it.
Carbs are just as important as protein in the diet; of course there are certain carbs we should limit or stay away from, but the bottom line is - we need carbs.
OK, night all and stay the course and don't quit.
