Day 87-120

Completed a very good workout, noticing greater fat loss around my stomach and thighs. I guess where the most fat sits is usually the last place to see results.
Eating has been 110% compliant today
My workout was less than 60 min but worked hard and lifted heavy.
Alright, time to get some paperwork done. Stay the course folks.
