Today I kicked off a new plan for my workouts and decided to tighten things up a bit more in the eating department.
Just let me say my workout this PM was brutal - 25/20/10 of moderate to heavy of back, chest and legs.
My eating will be tightened in the area of consuming more vegetables, and getting back to my juicing as I've fallen off the wagon on that aspect.
My goal within the next two weeks is to see more visible lean muscle tone; especially in my abdominal area.
Alright, time to get some food for fuel into this body.
Stay the course, and remember it is all about results - if what you're doing isn't producing results, then tweak your nutritional or workout plan.
It can be done.
