Moving in on Day 116 of 120

Five days out and what a ride this 120 days to leanness has been. Yesterday it was an intense workout on my legs plus cardio. This AM it was back and chest work, sit-ups and cardio.
Time will be spent today mapping out my mini leg of a 30 day program.
Wow, it is March 1st already...what happened to Feb???
Well my BF measurements have surprised me and I continue to see results that has surpassed my expectations.
On day 121 it will be my picture and measurements reveal.
