The ability to achieve the best is attainable

OK, today starts another week of my cutting phase, but before I get into that let me share a bit on what happens to the mind when you arrive at your set goal. Oh, before getting there...I've a very good friend Matt who wanted to lose the last bit of fat and pack on some muscle...I decided to put together a plan for him...his mind was ready and 40 days later both of us are amazed at his results. Keeping in mind we worked together constantly to tweak and add changes to both his workout and nutritional plan so that he would achieve the best results in 40 days. His 40 days were up yesterday, and now there's a next level...add more muscle on his 6' frame, and he not only looks good but feels great too.
Which brings me to the title of this post - The ability to achieve the best (in anything) is attainable...period. That is if you want it bad enough and are willing to make the necessary sacrifices to get there. I'm three weeks into my "cutting phase" and today since I've been taking progress pictures (today being prepping for my photo shoot) I haven't been this emotional...I'm beyond amazed...I'm simply astounded and suddenly realized I am living what I've dreamt about for at least 3 years. Added to that it isn't just my body that has been transformed, my attitude and purpose has been equally affected in a positive way. I'm a 44 year old woman living in a size 4 body and reaching and inspiring more people than I'd thought possible. Because of this positive affect, it is motivation enough, my fuel, my fire to keep pushing myself to do and live my best life just for that.
Could it get any better than this? Heck yes, because when I started this journey my dreams weren't as big...I've outgrown my dreams and surpassed what I thought I was capable of.
The best today, is a drop in the bucket of what is to come...it can be done.
