Introducing a new cardio workout

It's jump rope or skip rope - whatever you know it as...we've all jumped rope as kids. My PT strongly advised me to add this into my cardio workout. So yesterday I picked up the one shown above. I was able to complete 20 min interval with it yesterday, a very good workout. Try it.
Also please take a look at this video, it is truly inspiring and powerful.
To an amazing day - and don't even think of quitting.
