Pushing Beyond My Limits

As I wrap up another week of cutting and move into a new week I am finding the inner strength to push my body beyond what I thought I was capable of. I'm able to do so by using my mind (with the helpful support of friends and tenacious words from my PT Jenny)
Jenny's favourite words to me are "raw veggies, fish, egg whites, oatmeal, water and you have to work for it"
With all that in place I've also experienced an increase in my energy level which keeps me fueled up and focused.
I had a few days of set back as my leg was quite painful due to skipping on concrete. That has since been healed and I now have a piece of foam and carpet to skip on.

Sitting back in life and just dreaming of what I'd like to accomplish isn't going to cut it. Having a dream or vision that I desire to see come alive will take WORK on my part and the manifestation of it is solely up to me.
Sacrifice is a word I am quickly learning to love and embrace, because I know it is only temporary.
OK, here's to another successful week and remember it is up to you, you have the final say, you decide. So make decisions that will be a blessing to you and touch others for good - fitness or otherwise.

Hey Kiddo, great to see you still at it with a can do attitude...Have missed you around so I thought I'd just pop in and say Hi..and hope you are doing well...and I see you are looking just fine.

BTW, being an 'African' I fully endorse your sentiments on Darfur and Rwanda.
