Alright, I had my turkey dinner, and indulged in a larger piece of pumpkin pie. Now it is time to get back into my lifestyle of proper/sensible nutrition and kicking my workouts into high gear.
For the next month I'm off all alcoholic beverage and sweets - process foods are out or being kept to a bare minimum.
My exercise routine is up to 5 days this week for a longer duration and more intensity.
My fitness goal? Nothing particular as to date, but my mind is working on something challenging.
Oh, my photos from my shoot are in - now it's time to select 11 for touch up and posting to my website.
OK, to a fantastic and fruitful day.
Remember it can be done!
