Day 3 of RTP/Completion of my Week 3 program

Today marks the completion of week 3 of my 12 week program, and it is also my assigned rest day. So far, I am very pleased with my progress, though I found my eating was only 85% clean in comparison to week 1 and 2. With that said, today is spent getting my exercise and eating plan on paper and afterwards preparing mentally for what I would like to term a "blast out week"

Why coin that term? It is about challenging the mind to move the body to do something more intense or different that the previous week. Personally I have to look forward and challenge and push myself harder than the previous week. So, at the end of this week I want to enjoy and see the rewards of the sacrifice.

OK, with that said let me get into my day 3 of RTP.
Last night my dinner plans got cancelled because my friend got sick! So I decided to do some carb loading instead, and I really didn't want to post any pictures this AM because I know that due to my carb loading and 1 cheat dessert I'd be bloated, but I'm committed to doing this every single day no matter what!

Carb loading last night because for the next 3 days I'll be on a strict low carb eating cycle - it ain't going to be pretty but I intend to do it.

My food intake for this week:
Sun-Tue: 3/4 cup oatmeal /fish/beans/1/2 cup b.rice/spinach/egg and whites/low fat cottage cheese/blueberries.

Wed carb loading day - 2 servings of fruit/sweet potato/beans/chicken

Thursday and Friday will be the same as Sun-Tue.

Alright, this is enough for one day, stay the course and keep moving!

Hi just thought I would stop by to say hi and keep working! Congrats on still posting the pic when you feel like you didn't do everything you could the day before. I know what you feel like but doesn't this RTP group really help? Keep shredding!

Way to set the mind for the new week. I'm gonna steal your idea. :) On the first video roll call, Adam, said you guys go a long way back and your words were really encouraging. I can totally see why he said that. You're one cool lady. Stay the course and keep moving. I like that. Right back at you.
PS I have oatmeal for breakfast on my plan too, but at least I get to eat a whole cup. I don't feel so bad now. :)

Good luck with the low carb cycle. I've beenn carb sycling for a couple of weeks now and it is tough at times.

Until tomorrow...

Hi Folks:
Thanks for your words of encouragement. Michael, a suggestion - you may want to add a high carb day at least once per week. This tricks your body and really accelerates your fat loss.
Alright only a few more winks before another pic day:-)
