Before I get into my post, I'd like to say a huge "thank you" to Adam and the shredder team for your encouragement and support. Boy, I read the comments this AM and felt the support, and a shot of strength and motivation like never before! I understand the importance of taking a few minutes to genuinely encourage fellow shredders! Group hug!
My pictures are taken the minute I roll out of bed and before taking any water or coffee.
Today, it is all cardio day and I'm aiming to do between 45-60 of "tha mix" which is a combo of incline speed walking of progressive and regressive with a bit of running. I'm visiting friends for dinner tonight and I know there's going to be lots of food and drinks. I will participate, but to a minimum, even though today is my assigned "cheat day". So, from now until dinner time, my food intake will be protein and complex carbs.
OK, time to visit my fellow shredders blogs, and remember when you find yourself tempted to miss a workout, or jeopardize your proper nutritional eating plan, think about the why and the benefits of staying committed to improving your health.
