I'm encouraged and touched - Day 2 of 14 Challenge






Before I get into my post, I'd like to say a huge "thank you" to Adam and the shredder team for your encouragement and support. Boy, I read the comments this AM and felt the support, and a shot of strength and motivation like never before! I understand the importance of taking a few minutes to genuinely encourage fellow shredders! Group hug!

My pictures are taken the minute I roll out of bed and before taking any water or coffee.

Today, it is all cardio day and I'm aiming to do between 45-60 of "tha mix" which is a combo of incline speed walking of progressive and regressive with a bit of running. I'm visiting friends for dinner tonight and I know there's going to be lots of food and drinks. I will participate, but to a minimum, even though today is my assigned "cheat day". So, from now until dinner time, my food intake will be protein and complex carbs.

OK, time to visit my fellow shredders blogs, and remember when you find yourself tempted to miss a workout, or jeopardize your proper nutritional eating plan, think about the why and the benefits of staying committed to improving your health.

Alright, stay the course, don't quit and keep moving!

Diane, Yes, quite a difference from only a week ago! keep pushing hard. One might not think so but all the comments mean a lot. especially coming from genuine people! A great group of people!

Diane, awesome job! You have the right idea. If you feel like missing a workout there's one other thing to remember--we are all here watching!

I like your blog. I feel pumped after reading it. Absolutely, Group Hug. lol And when I first saw your pics, I thought, "OMG do I already see a difference from yesterday?" I really think I do. I thought I might not comment on it, because I can't explain exactly where, but it was first thought. Man, I can't wait to see your Day 14 photos. They're gonna rock. Nice strategy for tonight.

Hey Diane,

The last thing I would want to do is take photos of myself after rolling out of bed so there is one great positive for you!!! Nice workout for today, looks like you are putting in 110%, you certainly know what you want and how to attain it.
