Leg day

Today was leg day workout and it was tough! I am always amazed at how difficult one type of workout can be from the next, despite how much weight you can physically lift.

For the next two weeks my leg workout will not include any weights or machine weights. I'll be strictly using my body weight and strength to execute my leg workout. Doing step ups, lunges, leg paddle and so forth.

I will be joining Adam Waters on his 14 day challenge to shred hard - looking forward to an intense 14 days to see just how far I can mentally and physically push myself.
This begins on Oct 26th, so time to get my mind in gear cause knowing Adam's style when it comes to fitness, it is going to be no walk in the park.

Alright, keep your mind on the prize and keep moving!
