Nonetheless, this is only week 2 with 10 more weeks to go with 10 sets of pictures to add.
Today was lower body workout plus 30 min of progressive cardio, and boy was my lower workout nasty or what? I stuck with it though I was huffing and panting and then completed it with 30 minutes of progressive cardio.
Tomorrow I'll share a bit on why I've named this program 1-2-3 fat loss solution.
