It was leg day this AM - 2x12/10/8/6/4 with 5 min cardio warm up. Not enough time to tackle my 20 min cardio, but will be doing a 45 min later today.
Ok, gotta fly will check in on my fellow shredders later - have a good one, and stay the course and stay focused.

Hey Diane,
Just been back over your last few blogs that I have missed. You have had a busy few days with some strong feelings. I know Adam has already said that there will be life after shred!! but rest assurred whatever happens and when I will continue to check in and spur you on and I will of course continue my accounts on my blog.
You are looking really good and that nutrition plan looks great. I still find the cottage cheese hard to swallow!! Yuck!! Mixing with some sweet chilli sauce does help though.

Thanks..you can count on me to be there for you and the other shredders also. I can't eat cottage cheese on its own...double yuck, but enjoy it with blue berries or apples.
