Planned on posting at 11am, but got invited out to Starbucks, and how can anyone who loves the atmosphere in Starbucks plus the coffee say no!
Worked the legs real hard this AM and wanted to incorporate 40 min of cardio, so I decided to do 40 reps of one set with my 40 min cardio.
1 min of running at moderate speed on the T.Mill, then 10-15 reps, then back on the mill etc until my leg work was done.
It was a bit like one of the Surge workout, I was spent, but elated afterwards.
Alright, no pics today...until tomorrow, do your thang!
