Day 2 of week 6 in a wind storm

Nov 12th pics Friday nite with a friend

Had a late workout this PM and was tempted a lot to forfeit it altogether, but my friend Cynthia encouraged me to do it, and I'm glad I listened.
A wind storm has kicked in on the West Coast of Vancouver since last night - driving home around 11:30 pm was a bit freakish with the wind moving cars while driving, and it hasn't let up...pretty nasty out.

Anyhoo, today I trained my upper and lower alternating with 1x12/8/6 of moderate to heavy weights upper, switch to lower, then did 1x15/10/8 of the same body part. Finished off my workout with 20 min of low to moderate cardio on the bike.
Until tomorrow, stay positive even in the midst of set-backs and keep moving!

Hi Diane,
Just checking up on you and can see you are having fun and doing in the town. Watch out for that high wind....here in Madrid it´s like spring...cold at night and warm during the day. The beaches are full on the coast...so all this is NOT normal. Just glad to still have my flowers blooming.
Will be watching for your latest photos on Sunday. Take care!
