Week 6 - day one and it was all out cardio


Nov 11th 2007


Today was sit-ups all out cardio - I hit the T.Mill running and did a mix of progressive, regressive and HIT. It felt good to be exercising again after taking three days off.


I'm playing around with the idea of posting pictures every Sunday instead of daily, and if I do post daily pictures it will be only revealing one specific body part. Hmmmm!!! let me think that through!


My workout for this week:


Sun - Sit-ups & 45 min cardio


Mon - Full body strength training plus 2o min cardio


Tue - Sit-ups & 45 min cardio


Wed - Full body strength training plus 15 min cardio


Thur - Sit-ups & 50 min cardio


Fri - Full body strength training plus 20 min cardio


Sat - Sit-ups & 40 min cardio

Alright folks, stay the course and keep your eye on the prize as you keep moving!

Hey you're doing great! Also just stopping by to catch up and say hi! Thanks for the shout out! I think all of us have had a few days when we had to take off or something and we have all got right back to it so that is so awesome! Have a good workout!
