I've been swamped and I'm sure most of you can relate, but though I've not been posting daily, I've been doing my best to stay healthy and improve my lifestyle while moving towards my fitness goals.
Not sure why this happen sometimes, but a few days after making a bold statement, I got sick and though it was only the flu, it rattled my immune system for too long. Just did not have the physical strength to dig deep in my workouts.
This week I was not consistent with my workout, but eating was on track - my goal for next week is to get back into my consistent workouts...going hard and heavy on the cardio and strength training to Dec 24th.
Stay the course and don't quit!
