Summing it up!

Tomorrow will mark my first week of workout - I would have worked out 5 out of the 7 days, with Tuesday and today as rest days. I deliberately did that because I want to slowly ease back and build up my intensity level for the remaining 35 days.
Next week I'll be resting only one day and kickin it into a higher gear.
Tomorrow it's lower and cardio.
Until then, keep moving and keep the vision alive.

Diane! Catching up to the excitement in your blog. Glad to hear your still going full steam ahead, but with making sure to stave off injury with proper rest. Yesterday's post was cool. It's nice to see what can be done in a week--especially with final Council photos coming up. 33 days and 21 hours and 57 minutes left sasy your ticker.

i love your resilient attitude! easing in is a good idea, then once you get "broke in" i know you'll pump up the intensity! glad you are back into your game plan!
