Taking control - 19 days left

19 days before completing part 1 of my "How lean can you go" challenge. This morning I spent sometime reflecting on how I've been doing with my nutritional and exercise plan so far and have concluded that it all comes down to "Taking Control".
At some point in all of our lives we have to make the decision to "take control" of our health, finances, relationships, and careers; it is ultimately up to us/me/you the individual. We can read and listen to as many self help books on the subject of interest, be stirred, motivated, challenged and even begin the process, but at the end of the day it is all about going beyond the decision making and "taking control".

Taking control are words that instantly paint a picture of being in charge and doing whatever it takes to do the right thing pertaining to any and all areas of our life that needs some change. So how about it? what is in your life that demands you to rise up and take control?

With that said, here's my workout schedule for this week:
Sun/Mon - Stair climbing twice per day AM&Pm 6-8 times plus sit-ups 4x40
Mon - Upper body
Tue - Rest
Wed/Thur - Stair climbing twice per day AM&Pm 6-9 times plus sit-ups 4x40
Wed - Upper Body
Fri - Rest
Sat -Stair climbing twice per day AM&Pm 7-9 times plus sit-ups 4x40

I've completed my AM stair climbing FS 8x12 plus sit-ups. This PM I'll tackle 6 FS.
FS = flights of stairs

I've decided to eliminate all strength training leg work on machines, and stick to doing leg workouts using my body strength. I'm doing this for the duration of the 19 days to measure the overall effectiveness of my training.
Ultimately I'm all about finding a workout solution that gives me the results I'm looking for in the least amount of time.
The bottom line is to find out what works best for you and work it!
