Unexpected events and I missed the last photo post

Day 1 to Day 84 pics
Well what can I say - life happens and at times unexpected things pop up. Thus was the case on Thursday when I had to leave town unexpectedly and did not have access to a computer until now, and didn't have the time to snap any shots. Too bad I missed the day 84 photo shot with the Shredders Council, but the journey continues here.

I'm still actively involved in participating in my personal goals and working on adding years to my life. I'm into eating healthier and maintaining an active lifestyle, not for any other reason but to improve my overall life for the long term.
I needed to remind myself that "doing all this" isn't about becoming famous or popular. However, as I journey towards reaching personal goals - be it mental, physical, spiritual, emotional or financial - if in my sharing could touch one life via encouragement, stirring to get moving towards thier own goals, and or to challenge them, then that would be a huge bonus.

I had the opportunity to watch this group perform on my way home today http://www.watoto.com/ now this is what reminds me about the fulfillment of life.

Anyhoo, those are my thoughts for today - As I reach my own personal goals, may I also remember to reach out and help others reach theirs also.

Hi Diane,
Wanted to say hi and good to have you back. Just read your previous blog on stair-climbing, and think you are so smart to do that! Really, stairs are the hardest thing in the world to do and here you are doing them! Luck and success!

Hi! Hope things settle down so you can stay focused but with life that rarely happens! :) Know you are still in it with all of us, missing one photo deadline doesn't mean a thing! I agree that this is not so much about us as about being the best we can be so others can learn from it. Great insight! Talk to you soon!
