30 days Abstinence - day 1

30 days of abstinence from alcohol and desserts.
30 days of consuming wholesome foods
30 days of exercising 5-6 times per week with increasing intensity in every workout.
30 days to incorporate and improve healthy habits back into my life.
30 days to prove just how much my desire within will manifest without.
30 days to rise above the temptations to derail my progress.
30 days to challenge me and prove to me that I can stick to this commitment.
30 to walk out the commitment=sacrifice=reward.
30 challenge is officially on!
