Another beauty of day 2

Day 2/28

Oops, I'm still sleeping:-) Well as I write this I am thankful...not to be up so early, but to be blessed with another day to live, have my five senses intact and ready to live this day to the fullest. Hey, and I haven't even had my first cup of coffee yet!

Just completed my 10 min sit-ups.

This is my workout for this week:
20 min each session -2 days upper
20 min each session - 2 days lower
3 days sit-ups (10 min)
20-30 min cardio 7 times this week

I need to mention that I'm glad to be a part of Adam's 28 days of eating clean, shredding hard and thinking big! So, there goes challenge 3, but not really...though I'm part of a great group of people, whatever challenge I'm in isn't about another person - I'm simply putting myself to the test, to see what's in me, what drives me, what am I passionate about and what am I prepared to do to experience/live what I dream about!
This avenue that Adam has provided is a way for me to prove to self what I am capable of and how ready I am.
Keep moving!

Diane, our journey's are our own, we must own them. it sure helps to be a part of a community of people to help push you on, to encourage you and help hold yourself accountable to your goals. It is so true we must do this for ourselves for if we don't we won't stick with it. You DO have it in you! You can so do this! you are already doing it and are successful!

A beautiful thought to start every day with--especially when I have to wake up early. ;)

I really love that. Happy Day 2!
