Day 3 and pulling on the reins a bit!

Day 1

Day 3
Every time I think about how much I've accomplished by sticking with this 30 day commitment, I smile! Being faithful has sent me a clear message - I can do whatever it is I want, I have it in me to win! As I move into day three of 100% compliance on my 3 challenges, I've decided to tweak my cardio workouts for this week only. I'm reducing my cardio to 5 times per week instead of 7 because my nutritional plan has changed drastically by removing all starches and carbs from my diet for 6 days, and going hard with every workout. With that said I'm guarding against early burn out! Last night I completed 20 min of intense upper body strength training, along with 30 min of intense cardio.
I've just completed 20 min of leg work and 20 min of cardio.
Dinner will be chicken breast cooked in reduced chicken stock with black eye peas, spinach and red peppers. Snack this pm will be non fat cottage cheese and blue berries and studying.
OK folks, stay the course and don't quit.

Good choice Diane. I too have reduced cardio in response to my current eating plan. Looks like you are sailing to victory on this one! I look forward to seeing you at the finish line.
