After completing my last 30 day challenge I must say that though I have a few other challenges on the go I've not been a 100% compliant, and I think it's because I didn't do another contract and no visual to connect with, and my time right now has been all about studying for my finals, and my workout this week has been the most unproductive in a long time. I did however stick with no eating after 7 PM, and eating healthy so that's a good thing!
So a new contract will be drawn up, printed, signed off on and taped to my fridge.I've never attempted this experiment so I'm hesitant to commit to a full 45 days, so I've decided to commit for 21 days. I've researched this form of eating to some extent and the actual recommended duration is 90 days:-( For the next 21 days my nutritional plan, I will only have protein and fibrous carbs in the PM -fresh organic vegetables juices and raw vegeitables will be included at breakfast, snacks, lunches and dinners. All complex carbs will be consumed by lunch time, which is 1 PM. Saturday will be an off day from exercising and strict eating, giving me the chance to enjoy any meal, desset or drink. From now to Saturday PM I'll continue to visualize a positive outlook and get myself 100% ready to begin another challenge.
I added protein powder to my organic pancake mix along with finely chopped organic apple this afternoon (had a later breakfast) and it is tasty!Tomorrow I'll share my weekly nutritional and workout plan.
