Another day

Today I completed an intense 20 min of cardio and then 5 min of sit-ups!
Doesn't look like much, but for me it was a lot; especially when you push as hard as you can!
As I review my eating this week I must say overall it was about 85% compliance for 4 days, with 2 days 100% compliance.
My workouts has been 100% compliance and intense to the maximum in every workout.
Beginning tomorrow I will start my 3 day low carb one day high cycling - I've noticed a pattern this week...when I'm 100% compliance with my eating, I'm not with my workouts, and when I'm 100% compliance with my workouts I'm not with my eating. Noted, and working to make both areas 100% compliance especially for the next 2 weeks.
The next 2 weeks is going to test the strength of my discipline - I'll keep you posted.
OK, enjoy your week-end - with Thurs being my rest day tomorrow is going to be full body strength training plus some serious cardio. Picture will be posted Sunday AM!

Diane, 5 minutes of sit ups - especially if you're not taking breaks, is HUGE.

Keep up the awesome discipline. I know what you mean about nutrition on target, then exercise slips & vice versa.
