An unplanned rest day is in place - for the past 5 days I began to experience the onset of Allergies...it hit me hard last night...felt like a wicked flu went to bed at 9pm...at work but exhausted...head in a cloud. So it is a rest day! Will be back at it tomorrow.

There are so many books, DVDs etc on getting fit...it just comes down to applying little changes to one's life; one step at a time...staying consistent and not quitting.
